Our story

I’m a freelance writer who loves to tell a story (don’t we all). It’s one of the biggest reasons why I wanted to become a journalist. I knew I wanted that career from the age of five. I was that child who knew exactly what I wanted to be when I grew up.

So I went to university to study journalism. It was here I gained experience in the different content worlds.

I worked at one of the biggest telecommunication companies in the UK doing internal comms. Alongside this I was also a marketing and PR assistant for an incredible independent fashion brand. And I dabbled in some PR consultancy, too.

Once I graduated I went into journalism. I landed in the world of women’s lifestyle working for a consumer publication. I then moved into B2B publications writing for the travel and transport industries - I was a journalist and then editor.

Finding my niche

I have always loved travel and this role saw me travel the country and telling business’ stories. The news articles and features were designed to help others in the industry and inspire them. But I wanted to venture into other realms. So I moved to a marketing agency. Here I wrote for the automotive industry, fashion, lifestyle, healthcare and so many more.

Across the 12 years I’ve been creating content I have written for many sectors including:
